Individualised 8-week speed plans are available for competitive jumpers looking to level up and can cater to recreational athletes skilled in the basic speed step who wish to improve their fitness. Individualised speed programs are a remote form of coaching, providing clients with a program to follow and complete at the time that best suits them.

8-week speed program with 2-3 sessions per week - delivered electronically
Duration as determined by you in your pre-program assessment
2-way asynchronous feedback via WhatsApp 1x/week (optional)
